How It Works & Usage Tips
- To Fill: Simply twist off the top section of the central ball to open it, fill it with dry treats or standard kibble, and screw the top back on tightly.
- Food Compatibility: It works best with hard, dry treats or standard small kibble. Avoid wet food or peanut butter, as these can jam the spinning mechanism and are difficult to clean .
- Safety Warning: The KONG Gyro is not a chew toy. It is made for average chewers and should be removed from the dog once empty to prevent them from cracking the outer ring.
- Maintenance: Hand wash the toy with warm, soapy water and let it air dry.
- Noise Note: Because of its hard plastic parts, it can make a fair amount of noise when rolled and thrown around on hard wooden or laminate floors
