Chuckit! Amphibious Mega Ball is a large, lightweight floating fetch toy designed specifically for land and water play. It is engineered primarily for medium to large breed dogs who love to swim and fetch.
Key Features
- Unsinkable Construction: Built with a lightweight Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate (EVA) foam core. It is unsinkable and floats high on the water’s surface, making it easy for dogs to grab while swimming.
- Soft & Safe Material: Unlike standard rubber or tennis balls, the core is wrapped in a soft yet rugged nylon shell. This design is very gentle on a dog’s teeth and gums and will not pop or deflate if punctured during play.
- High Visibility: Features bright, high-contrast colours (typically vibrant orange and blue). This ensures it is easily recognizable in tall grass, sand, or murky water.
- Limited Bounce: Because it is made of soft foam rather than solid rubber, this ball does not bounce heavily like standard Chuckit! balls, focusing instead on water flotation and safety.

- Diameter: Approximately 12.7 cm (5 inches), making it significantly larger than a standard tennis ball and ideal for bigger jaws.
- Weight: Extremely lightweight (around 20 grams) to prevent waterlogging and reduce the risk of choking.
- Launcher Compatibility: Due to its oversized “Mega” dimensions, it does not fit standard medium Chuckit! ball launchers. It is intended for throwing or kicking by hand.
